ABOUT MEGAN

Hi, I’m Megan — an orange county-based creative operations and executive support professional with a love for brands, events, thoughtful experiences, and bringing ideas to life behind the scenes.

Over the past several years, my role has evolved far beyond traditional executive support into a mix of creative project coordination, vendor management, event planning, workplace and brand refresh projects, merchandise development, and large-scale operational rollouts.

I thrive in fast-moving environments, genuinely love wearing multiple hats, and am probably a little too excited by a well-organized spreadsheet, project timeline, or beautifully executed detail moment.

I’m happiest being the person behind the scenes connecting all the moving pieces — whether that’s coordinating vendors, styling spaces, organizing logistics, building systems, solving last-minute problems, or helping creative ideas actually come to life. I also really enjoy the people side of what I do and love building relationships and collaborating with others along the way.

I’m especially drawn to projects that blend creativity with operations and create experiences that feel intentional, elevated, and memorable.

Outside of work, I’m constantly inspired by design, hospitality, branding, interiors, events, and all the little details that make people feel something.
